Terms of Service

1. The service

The Add-on exports Salesforce reports into your own Google Sheets. Free features: CSV import and API fetch up to 2,000 rows. Licensed features (license key required): full export and daily auto refresh.

2. Data handling

• Data flows directly between your spreadsheet and your Salesforce org. It never passes through the developer's or any third-party server, and the developer cannot access it.
• The Add-on only reads from Salesforce. It never modifies or deletes data in your org.

3. Support

• Support is provided by email (text) only. No phone or video support.
• We aim to reply within 2 business days, but this is not guaranteed.
• Reported bugs will be fixed on a best-effort basis; fixes ship automatically to all users as add-on updates.

4. Refunds

• If the Add-on does not work despite following the setup guide, we will refund your license in full within 30 days of purchase.
• We may ask for error details to verify the issue.
• Purchases made through a marketplace platform follow that platform's refund process.

5. Requirements (not grounds for refund)

• The target report must be in tabular format (summary/matrix formats are not supported)
• The report must include a record ID column (or one specified in settings)
• API export requires a connected app in Salesforce (admin required; we provide a request guide for your IT team)

6. Continuity

• We make our best effort to fix defects.
• However, if Salesforce or Google discontinues or changes the underlying APIs or add-on platform such that the service becomes technically impossible to continue, we may terminate it. In that case, licenses purchased within 90 days before termination will be refunded.

7. Liability

• The developer's total liability for damages arising from use of the Add-on is capped at the amount you paid.
• Issues caused by your Salesforce org's or Google account's own configuration (permissions, security policies, etc.) are supported with advice, but resolution is not guaranteed.

8. Prohibited

• Reselling, sharing, or publishing license keys
• Copying, redistributing, or reverse engineering the Add-on's code
