Summary

Chat Reply Check (the "Extension", called ビジネスチャット返信チェック in Japanese) is a Chrome extension for Slack in the browser. When you press Send, it uses the AI model built into Chrome to check, on your computer, whether your draft answers what the other person asked. The developer does not collect, receive, or store any of your messages or personal data, and has no way to access them.

1. Data Accessed

The Extension runs only on https://app.slack.com/*.
When you press Send (or Enter) in a conversation, it reads your draft and up to the last 8 messages shown in that conversation (sender names and text, up to about 2,000 characters).
It reads the name of the open conversation, only to apply the "conversations to skip" setting and to skip messages to yourself.
To recognize a DM with yourself, it reads your own Slack user ID that Slack keeps in the page's local storage, and compares it with the senders in that DM. The ID is not stored or sent anywhere.

2. Data Usage

The text above is passed to Gemini Nano, the on-device AI model provided by Chrome (Prompt API), to produce one check result: what the other person is asking, what might be missing, and a suggested fix. The result is shown on the page and then discarded. The text is not used for any other purpose, and is not used to train any model.

3. Data Sharing

None. Message text never leaves your computer. The Extension has no server, contains no analytics, tracking or advertising code, and does not contact any third party. License keys are verified inside the Extension with a public key, without any network request.

Purchases are made on Stripe's checkout page, so your payment details never pass through the Extension. Right after checkout, our key page asks Stripe whether that payment is complete and then shows your key. It keeps no record of you or your payment.

4. Data Protection

Because message text is processed only in memory on your own computer and never transmitted, there is no copy of it anywhere else to protect. The check runs inside Chrome's extension sandbox, and the Extension's code is packaged with it (no remote code).

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Message text is not stored. It is kept in memory only until the check finishes.

The Extension stores the following in Chrome's extension storage: the date you installed it (to count the 14-day trial) and your license key if you entered one, on your device only; and your settings (on/off, minimum length, conversations to skip), in Chrome's synced storage, so that if you use Chrome sync they follow you to your other computers. The developer cannot see any of it. Removing the Extension from Chrome deletes it.

Website Analytics

Separately from the Extension, this website (getreportzen.com) uses Google Analytics with cookies to count page views and referrers anonymously. This has nothing to do with the Extension. You can stop it by disabling cookies in your browser.

基本方針

ビジネスチャット返信チェック(英語名 Chat Reply Check。以下「本拡張」)は、ブラウザ版Slackで使うChrome拡張です。送信ボタンを押したときに、Chromeに入っているAIを使って、下書きが相手の質問に答えているかをPCの中で確かめます。作者は、メッセージも個人の情報も集めず、受け取らず、保存しません。見る手段もありません。

1. アクセスするデータ(Data Accessed)

本拡張が動くのは https://app.slack.com/* だけです。
会話で送信ボタン(またはEnter)を押したときに、下書きと、その会話に表示されている直近8件までのメッセージ(送った人の名前と本文。合計で約2,000字まで)を読みます。
「チェックしない相手」の設定と、自分あてのDMを外すために、開いている会話の名前を読みます。
自分あてのDMを見分けるために、Slackがページの保存領域に置いている自分のユーザーIDを読み、そのDMの送り手と比べます。このIDは保存も送信もしません。

2. データの使い方(Data Usage)

上の文章は、Chromeが用意しているPCの中のAI(Gemini Nano・Prompt API)に渡し、チェック結果を1つ作るためだけに使います。結果は相手が聞いていること、ずれていそうな点、直し案の3つで、画面に出したあと捨てます。ほかの目的には使わず、AIの学習にも使いません。

3. 第三者への提供(Data Sharing)

ありません。メッセージの文章はPCの外に出ません。本拡張にはサーバーがなく、解析・トラッキング・広告のコードも入っていません。第三者への通信もしません。購入キーは、本拡張の中で公開鍵を使って確かめるため、通信は発生しません。

購入はStripeの決済画面で行うため、カード情報が本拡張を通ることはありません。支払いのすぐ後に表示されるキーのページは、その支払いが済んでいるかをStripeに確かめてからキーを出します。お客さまや支払いの記録は残しません。

4. データの保護(Data Protection)

メッセージの文章はお使いのPCのメモリの中でだけ扱い、送信しないため、守るべき写しがほかの場所にありません。チェックはChromeの拡張機能の隔離された環境で動き、プログラムはすべて本拡張に同梱しています(外部からコードを読み込みません)。

5. 保存期間と削除(Data Retention and Deletion)

メッセージの文章は保存しません。チェックが終わるまでメモリに置くだけです。

Chromeの拡張機能用の保存領域に、次のものを保存します。インストールした日付(14日間の試用を数えるため)と、入力した場合は購入キーは、お使いの端末の中だけに置きます。設定(オン・オフ、チェックしない文字数、チェックしない相手)は、Chromeの同期用の保存領域に置くので、Chromeの同期を使っていればほかのPCにも引き継がれます。どれも作者からは見えません。Chromeから本拡張を削除すると消えます。

このWebサイトのアクセス解析

本拡張とは別に、このWebサイト(getreportzen.com)では、ページの閲覧数と参照元を匿名で数えるためにGoogleアナリティクス(Cookie)を使っています。本拡張とは関係ありません。ブラウザでCookieを無効にすると止められます。
